Property Restrictions

Property restrictions do exist in neighborhoods around the lake, though their enforcement is not always uniform. Some neighborhoods specifically do not allow parking of RVs. Some have square footage requirements for the homes that are built or requirements on the materials used to construct the homes. Some do not allow detached garages, etc. There might also be restrictions about fences. Reviewing the restrictions is an important step in the inspection and due diligence portion of your property search.
